Hi – I’m Josh, and I’ve been working with Craft almost exclusively since 2012. That’s 11 years of building, breaking, fixing and launching websites and applications on Craft.
I’ve worked with clients all over the world from all walks of life – B2B, B2C, DTC, enterprise, non-profit, little and large. All the acronyms, all the time zones, a fair few languages but one thing remains the same – and that thing is Craft.
I can offer you consultancy, audits or training. I can provide you with practical engineering help as part of any of these, or I can work with your dev team to implement my advice and hand over workflows so that your team can take the reins and run with it.
Contract me to provide you with practical engineering help, guidance or advice.
I can produce plugins, modules, API integrations, back-end business critical solutions, AWS infrastructure setup and much more – all to meet your specific business goals.
I have a lot of experience with e-commerce sites, especially those that need to communicate with third-party systems in the background.
All my work comes with a no-quibble warranty of between one and three months depending on the size and scope of the project.
Hire me to audit your project – whether it’s in the early planning stages or deployed in production.
I can cover performance issues (both back-end and front-end), security concerns or compliance and data privacy.
Once the audit is complete you’ll have a clear idea of what you need to do to fix your issues, and I’ll leave you with an actionable list of tasks to work through.
At this stage you can either hire me to complete the work or I can check in with you down the line to see how things have gone.
Bring me on board to help up-skill your team.
We can organise whatever works for you – from a single one-to-one coaching call to a full team training schedule over the course of a week.
Your developers will leave knowing more about Craft than when they started, and be able to put into practice their new skills straight away.
We can use existing projects as practical teaching aids throughout our sessions leaving you with an improved codebase at the end.
As part of my wider work, I also deliver full-build projects directly for clients. I work in collaboration with my business partner Rory Pickering under the moniker Warp & Weft, whilst we don’t yet have a formal website you can see some of the work we have completed together below.
